I am a licensed realtor, loan officer, private real estate investor and landlord. I specialize single family home investing, and “lease purchase”, or called “lease to own”, in Texas, with focus in Dallas metropolitan area. I use both conventional and creative buying, selling and financing techniques. I mostly invest in brand new houses in the best communities in Collin county and nearby counties.

 

Although I would be happy to lease my properties to tenants in a conventional way, my lease purchase program will help my tenants lock in the current low real estate price before economy recovery and inflation drive price higher, even if they are not ready yet to get a mortgage now!
